Last updated: May 15, 2026. LolaScreen helps families create a simpler iPhone experience for an older loved one. We collect only the information needed to provide family connection, accessibility support, curated photos, voice messages, subscriptions, and support.

LolaScreen does not sell personal information, does not use third-party advertising trackers, and does not provide medical monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, fall detection, location tracking, emergency dispatch, or caregiver surveillance.

How We Use Information

Sharing

Family circle information is shared with caregivers who are invited and accepted. We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email routing, payments, diagnostics, security, or customer support, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention And Deletion

We retain family circle data while the account is active. Caregivers can request deletion of family circle data, photos, voice recordings, and activity history. Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required.

Children

Caregiver account holders must be at least 18. LolaScreen is not directed to children and is not submitted as a Kids Category app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect family content in transit and at rest. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a privacy request, contact us at support@lolascreen.com.

This policy should be reviewed by counsel before charging money or submitting to App Review. It is written to match the current App Store MVP positioning: family connection and accessibility support, not medical care or emergency response.
